Photography to me is more than just a profession, it’s a way of honoring how it feels to be in love. I believe in presence over perfection, emotion over aesthetics, and storytelling that stands the test of time. Blending honest storytelling with an editorial eye - capturing weddings in a way that’s both deeply felt and beautifully framed. My work is rooted in emotion, guided by light, and always grounded in the truth of the moment.
A wedding photographer with a deep love for human connection, natural light, and the unrepeatable moments that make your day entirely yours.

Life beyond the lens looks a lot like slow mornings, catching golden hour, warm lattes, and daily trips around our home WNC.
My intention is to show up with care—for you, your people, and the experience you’ve created. To be someone you can trust, someone who brings a calm presence into the day while quietly paying attention to what matters most.
Kindness first, always. I want you to feel comfortable, fully yourself, and at ease in front of my camera. From there, trust is everything—so you can stay present in your day without second-guessing a thing.
I care about the in-between moments, the real connections, and the feeling behind it all. Nothing forced, nothing overdone—just an honest, artful way of capturing your day as it naturally unfolds.
To create images that feel honest to you—unforced, a little imperfect, and full of life. I approach each day with an observant, artistic eye, focusing on what’s real rather than what’s expected.
So when you look back, you don’t just see how it looked—you feel what it was like to be there.
Hey, I’m Yaseli (pronounced Ya-seh-lee). I photograph weddings and elopements for people who don’t need a script to show up with their whole heart. I’m based in Asheville, North Carolina—but I’ll go wherever the story takes us.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where I met Julio—my person. Now we’re raising four kids together, building a life that feels full in all the best ways. And if there’s one thing that’s shaped how I see the world, it’s this: it all moves faster than you think.
That’s why I pay attention to the in-between. The small, quiet moments. The unplanned ones. The way a day actually feels while you’re in it—not just how it looks after the fact.
My approach is simple—I don’t stage your story, I notice it. And I photograph it with an artistic, honest eye so you can come back to it years from now and feel something real. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place.
